The Audit
An unhurried, in-person appointment with a doctor. We go through your history, symptoms and goals, then carry out comprehensive blood tests and a full physical and functional assessment.
In-depth testing, a personal plan, and a doctor who keeps track of your results over time. Built for men.
Tiredness, weight creeping up, poor sleep. They're easy to ignore, and often the first signs that something needs attention.
Standard health checks give you a snapshot and a risk number, then stop. Cubit looks at how you feel and what's going on underneath: your bloods, body composition and fitness. We track them against your own baseline over time, so you can see what's really changing.
How it works
An unhurried, in-person appointment with a doctor. We go through your history, symptoms and goals, then carry out comprehensive blood tests and a full physical and functional assessment.
Your doctor writes you a personal plan, with goals agreed together. It covers exercise, sleep and nutrition and, where appropriate, medication or onward referral, built around your results and what matters to you.
Stop at the Audit, or continue with the ongoing programme: repeat tests and a review with your named doctor every three to six months. Your results are tracked against your own baseline, and your plan is adjusted as they change.
A proper appointment, with time to go through your history, your results and what you want to change.
Key markers tracked against your own baseline, not just population ranges. Every visit sharpens the picture of what's changing and what's working.
Every result is explained and acted on. If something needs attention, we arrange onward care and keep your GP informed.
The same named doctor and team over time, not a new face each visit.

Who's behind it
Dr Cormac Corry
GP registrar in Belfast · Founder, Cubit Health
“In general practice I see men who've put off seeing a doctor for years, until something small has become something bigger. Men's health is often overlooked. I've always preferred catching things early and managing them well, and Cubit is the service I wanted to offer: thorough, unhurried, and built around busy lives.”
